Festival Volante aimed to connect graphic artists and studios specializing in graphic techniques with the general public.

Designer Julio Giacomelli and I were commissioned to develop its visual identity.

The name “Volante” meaning something that moves freely in Portuguese, guided the visual identity, which needed to represent both art and mobility.

We created a versatile and impactful visual identity inspired by five different car hubcap designs, utilizing overlapping elements and variations in color, size, and rotation.

My role in this project, under the guidance of designer Julio Giacomelli, included developing the mood board and story mapping, sketching and vectorizing the hubcap designs, and testing the logo. I also handled the creation of some supporting materials for both online and print media.
